1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WallIn ("the Platform"), operated by Taqnyia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, agents, and any other individuals who access the Platform.
2. Service Description
WallIn is a WhatsApp Business Communication Platform that provides the following services through integration with Meta's WhatsApp Business API:
- WhatsApp Business Account management and onboarding via Meta Embedded Signup.
- Bulk message campaign creation, scheduling, and delivery using approved WhatsApp templates.
- Inbound message reception, conversation triage, and routing to human agents.
- Live agent chat dashboard for customer conversations.
- WhatsApp message template management and synchronization with the Meta API.
- Campaign analytics and performance monitoring.
3. Eligibility
To use WallIn, you must:
- Be a registered business or authorized representative of a business.
- Have a valid Meta Business account and comply with Meta's verification requirements.
- Have a WhatsApp Business Account or obtain one through WallIn's onboarding process.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
When using WallIn, you agree to:
- Only send messages to recipients who have opted in to receive communications from your business, in accordance with WhatsApp's policies.
- Use only pre-approved WhatsApp message templates for initiating business conversations.
- Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages containing prohibited content.
- Not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, sending restrictions, or any other platform safeguards.
- Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance
WallIn operates as a solution provider using Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send through the Platform and for ensuring your use complies with these policies. WallIn is not responsible for any actions taken by Meta, including account restrictions or suspensions, resulting from your violation of their policies.
6. Meta Embedded Signup & OAuth
When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta Embedded Signup, you authorize WallIn to:
- Access your WhatsApp Business Account information and phone number details.
- Send and receive messages on behalf of your business.
- Manage message templates associated with your account.
- Receive webhook notifications for message delivery and inbound messages.
You may revoke this access at any time through your Meta Business settings, though this will disable WallIn's ability to operate on your behalf.
7. Intellectual Property
The WallIn platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Taqnyia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data and message content remain your property. By using WallIn, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
WallIn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by Meta's WhatsApp Business API, recipient device issues, or network conditions beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any actions taken by Meta regarding your WhatsApp Business Account, including restrictions, suspensions, or policy enforcement.
- Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of WallIn shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to WallIn if:
- You violate these Terms of Service or any applicable policies.
- Your use of the Platform poses a risk to other users or the service infrastructure.
- Required by law or by Meta's policies.
Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of WallIn after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
